Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The investment objective of the U.S. Social Core Equity 2 Portfolio (the Portfolio) is to achieve long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund purchases a broad and diverse group of U.S. equity securities weighted toward smaller-capitalization, lower-priced, and higher-profitability companies relative to the overall U.S. market, while excluding companies that fail social issue screens covering weapons, tobacco, gambling, fossil fuels, and other criteria. The fund's exposure to these factor tilts and its application of social screens may cause its returns to diverge from those of the broader U.S. equity market. The fund may use futures and options to adjust equity exposure around cash flows and employs flexible trading to manage costs.
