Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

The Venerable Large Cap Index Fund (the "Fund") seeks to replicate the performance of a benchmark index that measures the investment return of large capitalization stocks as closely as possible before the deduction of Fund expenses.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the S&P 500 Index by holding large-capitalization stocks in approximately the same weights as the Index, with day-to-day management delegated to Russell Investment Management. The fund may hold securities outside the Index or in different proportions due to corporate actions, legal restrictions, liquidity constraints, or in anticipation of index changes, and it uses index futures to remain fully invested. Because the fund does not always hold Index constituents in identical proportions, its performance may diverge from the Index.
