Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of small-capitalization companies within the Russell 2000 Index range, selecting undervalued stocks with favorable reward-to-risk ratios, durable competitive advantages, strong balance sheets, and sustainable cash flows. The manager seeks companies trading out of favor or undergoing corporate actions expected to drive above-average appreciation. Holdings are sold when they approach price targets, downside risks rise materially, fundamentals deteriorate, or more attractive opportunities emerge. Because returns depend on the manager's security selection, performance will diverge from the Russell 2000 Index.
