Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Fund seeks long-term capital growth.

Strategy · summarised

The fund employs fundamental analysis to select US mid-cap growth companies with franchise characteristics that are benefiting from accelerating profit cycles and trading below estimated private market value. The team allocates capital across three stages—early-stage "Garden" positions sized for potential growth, "Crop" positions being increased as profit cycles strengthen, and "Harvest" positions being reduced as valuations approach targets or cycles decelerate. The fund may hold up to 15% in non-US securities and overlays sustainability considerations into its selection process.

Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies.
