Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2
The fund seeks long-term capital growth consistent with the preservation of capital.
The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of large capitalization companies within the S&P 500 Index range. Newton Investment Management North America, LLC, the sub-adviser, uses fundamental analysis to select a broadly diversified portfolio of growth stocks, value stocks, and stocks blending both styles, based on intrinsic value derived from company financials, economic outlook, management quality, and competitive position. The sub-adviser sells holdings when fundamental factors deteriorate, valuations become full, market conditions shift, or more attractive opportunities emerge.

Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies. Foreign and newly-listed holdings are excluded, so the figure covers only part of the book. From SEC filings — not investment advice. How we measure this.
