Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2
The Carillon Eagle Mid Cap Growth Fund (Mid Cap Growth Fund or the fund) seeks long-term capital appreciation.
The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of mid-capitalization companies with market capitalizations between $1 billion and approximately $300 billion, selecting stocks the portfolio managers believe offer above-average earnings or sales growth at reasonable valuations with acceptable debt levels. The fund's holdings may drift outside the stated capitalization range as market values change, and concentration risk arises because the fund will sell positions only when they reach a target price, the investment thesis breaks down, a better opportunity emerges, or a holding exceeds 5% of net assets.
