Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

Columbia Large Cap Index Fund (the Fund) seeks total return before fees and expenses that corresponds to the total return of the Standard & Poors (S&P) 500 Index.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in common stocks that comprise the S&P 500 Index, weighted to match the Index's composition. It may use equity index futures for cash equitization. Because the fund may operate as non-diversified when the Index is non-diversified, it can concentrate a greater percentage of assets in fewer issuers than a diversified fund would permit. The fund targets at least 95% correlation with the Index before fees and expenses.
