Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

Fidelity Large Cap Growth Index Fund seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the total return of stocks of large capitalization U.S. companies.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the Russell 1000 Growth Index, a market-cap-weighted index of large-cap U.S. stocks with higher price-to-book ratios and forecasted growth rates, using replication and holding most or all index constituents. The index applies concentration caps limiting any single stock to 22.5% of weight and the largest holdings to 45% combined, which may cause the fund to diverge from the broader market if growth leadership concentrates in a few names. The fund may hold securities selectively rather than the full index.
