Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

Fidelity OTC K6 Portfolio seeks capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in common stocks traded on NASDAQ or over-the-counter markets, using fundamental analysis of financial condition, industry position, and market conditions to select securities across companies of any size, with a requirement to maintain more than 25% of assets in the technology sector. The fund may also gain exposure through derivative instruments. Because security selection depends on the adviser's analysis rather than a defined index or rule, performance will diverge from any particular market measure based on those choices.
