Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Northern Trust Quality Dividend Index SM (the Underlying Index).
The fund tracks the Northern Trust Quality Dividend Index using representative sampling, holding a sample of securities chosen to match the index's investment profile rather than all constituents. The index selects high-quality dividend-paying U.S. large- and mid-cap stocks from a broad parent index, screens out the lowest-quality quintile, and weights them to maximize quality scores, exceed the parent index's dividend yield, and maintain similar market sensitivity. Because the fund samples rather than replicates the index, its returns may diverge from the index.

Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies. Foreign and newly-listed holdings are excluded, so the figure covers only part of the book. From SEC filings — not investment advice. How we measure this.
