Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

The Goldman Sachs Nasdaq-100 Premium Income ETF (the Fund) seeks current income while maintaining prospects for capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund holds stocks from the Nasdaq-100 index in approximately benchmark weights and sells call options on index-tracking instruments to generate premium income, typically overwriting 25% to 75% of equity portfolio value. In rising markets where index appreciation exceeds option premiums received, the call-writing strategy may reduce returns relative to an unhedged portfolio. The fund is non-diversified and may invest a larger percentage of assets in fewer issuers than diversified funds; it also concentrates more than 25% of assets in information technology securities.
