Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
The iShares Core Dividend Growth ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. equities with a history of consistently growing dividends.
The fund tracks the Morningstar US Dividend Growth Index using representative sampling, holding a sample of U.S. equities that have paid uninterrupted annual dividends for at least five years, have payout ratios below 75%, and exclude the highest-dividend-yield decile. Because the fund may not hold all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the index.
