Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests in equities identified as undervalued relative to their growth potential, using bottom-up fundamental analysis and quantitative screening to select companies predominantly in the Russell 1000 Value Index range. The fund may also hold depositary receipts and use futures contracts to gain equity exposure. Because the fund's holdings and performance will differ from the underlying U.S. Value and Large Cap Value strategies on which its managers draw, returns will diverge from any single benchmark.
