Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The Fund seeks capital growth over the long term.
The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of small-cap companies within the Russell 2000 Index universe, employing a fundamental bottom-up process to identify attractively valued companies with leading competitive positions, durable business models, and prudent management capital allocation. The adviser assesses environmental, social and governance factors as part of its analysis of financially material risks and opportunities, though such assessments may not be conclusive and do not preclude investment in or divestment from issuers based on ESG considerations alone. The fund may use futures contracts to gain targeted equity exposure from cash positions.

Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies. Foreign and newly-listed holdings are excluded, so the figure covers only part of the book. From SEC filings — not investment advice. How we measure this.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 5.51pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 1.10pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
