Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
Nuveen ESG Large-Cap Value ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results, before fees and expenses, of the Nuveen ESG USA Large-Cap Value Index (the Index ).
The fund replicates the Nuveen ESG USA Large-Cap Value Index by holding substantially all of its component securities in market-cap-weighted proportions. The Index selects large-cap U.S. value stocks from the MSCI USA Value Index that meet ESG criteria—excluding companies in controversial businesses and those exceeding carbon thresholds, then ranking remaining companies by ESG performance within each sector and including the highest-ranked until each sector reaches 50% of its base-index market cap. The Index is owned and calculated by MSCI, which is not affiliated with the fund's adviser or sub-adviser and has sole discretion over methodology and component selection.
