Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Funds goal is to seek long-term capital appreciation.
The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of equity and equity-related securities across all market capitalizations, with no fixed allocation between small-cap, mid-cap, and large-cap stocks; the adviser may shift among these categories at any time based on its assessment of long-term capital appreciation potential. The fund may hold foreign securities including those from emerging and developing markets, as well as depositary receipts and ETFs. The fund may also use derivatives including futures and options to increase or hedge its equity exposure. Because the fund has no stated constraints on market-cap allocation or geographic exposure, its composition may shift materially based on adviser discretion.
