Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The funds goal is to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of the Dow Jones U.S. Large-Cap Total Stock Market Index.
The fund tracks the Dow Jones U.S. Large-Cap Total Stock Market Index, which comprises the 750 largest U.S. stocks by market capitalization weighted by float-adjusted market cap, by holding substantially all index constituents at index weights. The fund may deviate from index weights to manage transaction costs, taxes, or liquidity, and may hold up to 10% of assets in securities not yet in the index or in derivatives to optimize cash returns. Because the fund adjusts individual security weights away from index levels, its performance may diverge from the index.
