Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The State Street SPDR S&P 500 Fossil Fuel Reserves Free ETF (the Fund) seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the S&P 500 Fossil Fuel Reserves Free Index.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the S&P 500 Fossil Fuel Reserves Free Index, which excludes companies with any ownership of proved or probable fossil fuel reserves as determined by S&P Trucost's review of public disclosures. The fund invests substantially all of its assets in the index constituents, weighted by float-adjusted market capitalization and rebalanced quarterly. Because the fund employs a sampling strategy, its portfolio may diverge from the index's composition and performance.
