Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
The Victory Nasdaq-100 Index Fund Fund (the Fund) seeks to match, before fees and expenses, the performance of the stocks composing the Nasdaq-100 Index 1 . The Nasdaq-100 Index (the Index) represents 100 of the largest nonfinancial stocks traded on The Nasdaq Stock Market . 1 Nasdaq-100 , Nasdaq-100 Index , and Nasdaq are trade or service marks of The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (which with its affiliates are the Corporations) and have been licensed for our use.
The fund invests in all or substantially all of the common stocks composing the Nasdaq-100 Index, holding them in roughly the same proportions as their weightings in the index, with the goal of matching the index's performance before fees and expenses. The Nasdaq-100 Index comprises 100 of the largest nonfinancial companies traded on The Nasdaq Stock Market. Because the fund is non-diversified and expects to hold a larger portion of its assets in a smaller number of issuers, performance will move with the concentration of those holdings. The fund's investments are more focused in technology sectors, consistent with the index composition.
