Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The iShares U.S. Equity Factor ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. large- and mid-capitalization stocks that have favorable exposure to target style factors subject to constraints.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the STOXX U.S. Equity Factor Index, a rules-based index of large- and mid-cap U.S. stocks selected and weighted to maximize exposure to five factors—momentum, quality, value, low volatility, and size—while constraining sector drift and turnover relative to the broader U.S. market. The fund uses representative sampling, meaning it may not hold all index constituents and may diverge from index performance as a result. The fund may invest up to 20% of assets in derivatives, cash, and securities outside the index to aid tracking.
