Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in common stocks of U.S. large-capitalization companies, with discretion to invest across the full market-capitalization spectrum, selecting companies the adviser believes will achieve above-average earnings growth over several years and hold sustainable competitive advantages. The adviser draws on insights from two other growth strategies it manages to construct the portfolio, and considers environmental, social and governance factors as part of its analysis of financially material risks and opportunities. Because the fund invests in a non-diversified portfolio, it may hold a smaller number of securities, concentrating its returns in fewer issuers.
