Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Fund seeks investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Morningstar US Target Market Exposure Index SM .

Strategy · summarised

The fund uses a passive indexing approach to track the Morningstar US Target Market Exposure Index, which is a market-capitalization-weighted index of approximately 491 large- and mid-cap U.S. equities targeting 85% of total U.S. stock market capitalization. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in index constituents and may use representative sampling or replicate the index directly; it rebalances quarterly and may use exchange-traded futures contracts up to 10% of assets. Because the fund may operate as non-diversified to the extent the underlying index is non-diversified, performance can be concentrated in particular issuers or industry groups.
