Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Fund seeks investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the JP Morgan US Quality Factor Index.
The fund tracks the JP Morgan US Quality Factor Index using a passive indexing approach, holding securities selected from the Russell 1000 based on quality characteristics including profitability, earnings quality, and solvency. The fund may use representative sampling rather than holding all index constituents, which could cause its returns to diverge from the index. The fund rebalances quarterly and may use exchange-traded futures contracts to seek performance correspondence.
