Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation.
The fund allocates its assets among multiple subadvisers, each of whom manages a portion under Schwab Asset Management's supervision and applies its own securities selection process within assigned parameters tied to a specific investment style. The fund invests at least 80% of net assets in U.S. large-capitalization equity securities (those with market capitalization of at least $3 billion), with up to 20% in foreign equities. Because each subadviser exercises discretion over its assigned securities within its style parameters, the fund's actual holdings and performance may diverge from what any single investment approach would produce.

Portfolio growth profile
How much of the fund’s stock holdings are in fast-growing companies · as of 2026 Q2
Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies. Foreign and newly-listed holdings are excluded, so the figure covers only part of the book. From SEC filings — not investment advice. How we measure this.
