Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2
Columbia Mid Cap Index Fund (the Fund) seeks total return before fees and expenses that corresponds to the total return of the Standard & Poors (S&P) MidCap 400 Index.
The fund tracks the S&P MidCap 400 Index by holding common stocks in approximately the same weightings as the Index, employing a passive indexing approach and aiming for at least 95% correlation to the Index before fees and expenses. The fund may operate as non-diversified when the Index is non-diversified, allowing it to concentrate a greater percentage of assets in fewer issuers than a diversified fund would permit. Because the fund's weightings depend on the Index composition, performance may diverge from the Index to the extent the fund does not perfectly replicate it.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 1.74pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 0.35pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
