Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The Invesco S&P MidCap Quality ETF (the Fund) seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the S&P MidCap 400 Quality Index (the Underlying Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the S&P MidCap 400 Quality Index through full replication, holding all 80 constituent stocks weighted by a composite of their quality score and market capitalization. Quality is measured using return on equity, accruals ratio, and financial leverage (with financials and real estate assessed on return on equity and leverage alone). Because index weightings shift with changes in market capitalization and quality scores, the fund's sector exposures will drift over time, including its current significant concentration in industrials.
