Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

The investment objective of the Fund is to track the performance of the Morningstar US Market Index SM to provide long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund seeks to replicate the Morningstar US Market Index, a broad market benchmark of small, medium, and large capitalization U.S. stocks covering approximately 97% of investable market capitalization, by investing substantially all assets in the Index's constituents. Day-to-day management is delegated to Mellon Investments Corporation, which employs a passive indexing approach. The fund may, at times, be invested in a non-diversified manner to the extent the Index itself is non-diversified.
