Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests in equity securities of U.S. technology and technology-enabled companies that the adviser believes are leaders with underappreciated growth prospects, evaluating candidates on disruptive business models, sustainable competitive advantages, large addressable markets, and proven management. The fund concentrates at least 25% of assets in technology-related industries including internet, semiconductors, software, computers, alternate energy, and auto manufacturing, and may invest 25% or more in any single industry within that group. Because the fund's returns depend on the adviser's assessments of which companies qualify as leaders and whether their growth is underappreciated relative to consensus, performance will diverge from the broader market based on the accuracy of those judgments.
