Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The WisdomTree U.S. Quality Growth Fund (the Fund) seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree U.S. Quality Growth Index (the Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the WisdomTree U.S. Quality Growth Index, which selects 100 large- and mid-cap U.S. companies ranked highest on equally weighted growth and quality scores; growth is measured by earnings forecast, five-year EBITDA growth, and five-year sales growth, while quality reflects three-year average return on equity and return on assets. The fund uses representative sampling to track the index, meaning it may not hold all index constituents and could diverge from index performance. Individual securities are capped at 15% weight at each semi-annual rebalance.
