Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The investment objective of the ActivePassive U.S. Equity ETF (U.S. Equity ETF or the Fund) is to provide long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund blends active and passive strategies, allocating 15% to 65% of assets to active management by sub-advisers selected by the adviser based on their likelihood of outperforming, with the remainder in a passive allocation that uses representative sampling to track the CRSP U.S. Large Cap Index. The active portion employs a sub-adviser focused on financially stable companies with high returns on capital trading below intrinsic value, while the passive portion may hold fewer than all index constituents and may invest in ETFs. Because the passive allocation uses representative sampling rather than holding all index securities, the fund's results may diverge from its underlying index.
